BJP MLA Leader Asks Cops About MLA’s Son’s Role In Hyderabad Gang-Rape

A BJP MLA has produced a video clip and images indicating the presence of an AIMIM MLA’s son in a car with the survivor. Where the leader claims the youngster, sexually attacked, in a new twist in the Hyderabad adolescent gangrape case.

The legislator’s son was not there at the time of the alleged crime, according to police.

AIMIM MLA’s son has been sent a video clip and images of a young male, claimed to be his son, engaging in an intimate act with a juvenile girl in the presence of other suspects.

BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao demanded to know why the police have not named. The MLA’s son as one of the suspects, alleging cover-up and delays in police action.

“The girl is a juvenile, According to the authority, and sexual assault occured. They must now figure out who is attacking the girl inside the Mercedes. Is it the son of the MLA or anyone? As you are aware, there is no such thing as consent in the case of a kid. The police aren’t prosecuting individuals inside the Mercedes under the POCSO Act. The BJP MLA claimed he has additional proof of the AIMIM MLA’s son’s participation in the crime.

A day after the police dismissed the accusation as unfounded, Mr Rao released the video clip and images. “Based on CCTV evidence and the survivor’s story. We have identified five suspects, and the MLA’s son is not one of them,” Joel Davis, Deputy Commissioner of Police, West Zone, stated on Friday.

Three people have been arrested for allegedly rapping the girl, including two teens. The son of a local leader of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s Telangana Rashtra Samithi party, one of the two teens detained yesterday. On Friday, another suspect, Saduddin Malik, apprehended.

On May 28, a 17-year-old girl were, allegedly gang-raped by five young mans as, she returned home from a party in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills neighbourhood.

The lads had volunteered to drop at her house. They instead went to a bakery and coffee shop, where they transformed into an Innova. She allegedly assaulted inside a parked vehicle in the city after travelling for a while. According to the cops, they took turns rapping her as the others kept vigil outside.

Previously, the AIMIM MLA’s family stated that their son got out of the car and sat at the pastry and coffee shop when the alleged crime occurred.
