Chhattisgarh boy stuck in borewell for over 45 hrs, rescue op underway
The boy, identified as Rahul Sahu,fell into the abandoned borewell in the backyard of his house in Pihrid village in Malkharoda development block of Janjgir Champa district of Chhattisgarh on Friday afternoon.
How rescue going on?
Rescue operations are still underway to save the 11- time-old boy who fell into an 80- bases deep borewell in a vill of Janjgir Champa quarter of Chhattisgarh, since Friday night.
Supervisor of Police, Janjgir Champa, Vijay Agarwal informed that the deliverance operation is underway and brigades of the National Disaster Response Force( NDRF). And state disaster response force( SDRF) are on the spot to liberate the child. Experts from the Indian Army are also on the spot.
The boy, linked as Rahul Sahu, fell into the abandoned borewell in the vicinity of his house in Pihrid vill in Malkharoda development block of Janjgir Champa quarter, added theSP.
As the operation has been ongoing for more than 15 hours, it has been claimed that the dirt has been dug up to 50ft deep,and efforts are being made to construct a lair after the original 60 to 65 bases, according to news agency ANI. Meanwhile, District Collector, SP, NDRF- SDRF brigades. And others are present at Pihrid vill while Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel continuously taking information about the deliverance operations.

JCB machines are being used to dig a resemblant hole to deliver the child, said reports.
The boy is alive and the deliverance operation is still underway. Oxygen is being handed inside the borewell to the boy through a pipe, said Agarwal on Saturday morning.
The family members of Rahul heard his cries and spotted him inside the borewell and informed other townies. Soon later, quarter administration and police officers reached the spot after entering the information and launched the deliverance work at around 4 pm history, said SP Vijay Agarwal.

CM Bhupesh Baghel on Friday night through a tweet expressed enterprises about the matter and informed that a platoon of NDRF from Odisha has reached the vill for the deliverance operation.
“ I got information that the NDRF team from Odisha has arrived vill Pihrid- Malkharoda vill and the deliverance operation is under the monitoring of an expert Mohanty Ji. Collaborative sweats are on to get 10- time-old Rahul out of the borewell. elderly officers of Janjgir- Champa quarter administration are there, we’re all keeping an eye on the updates, ” twittered the CM with a video.
“ The deliverance operation is going on since history evening. According to the information, it may take 5- 6 hours for us to reach Rahul. Banana and juice have been delivered to the child and the family is also talking to the child to motivate him innocently. We all supplicate for his good, ” twittered the CM moment.
” Right now I’ve spoken to Rahul’s parents through video call. I can understand their mood. It’s sad for a child to fall into the borewell. We’re leaving no gravestone unturned to save him. We believe that God will support us, ” the CM wrote in another tweet.
