Dale Dahmen dead and obituary, Bloomington murder-suicide identified

The Hennepin County coroner has named the two men who died in Bloomington in what is thought to be a murder-suicide. Dale Kenneth Dahmen, 55, from Buffalo was the first person to be killed. A gunshot to the head killed him, and a report from the coroner said that his death was caused by manslaughter.

The report said that Dominick Kenneth Dahmen, 25, from Buffalo, was the second person killed. He was shot several times, and it was decided that he killed himself. Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges said earlier this week that two of the people who died were a father and son.

The third man who died in what is thought to be a murder-suicide has not yet been identified. Around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to the France Place parking lot in Bloomington because someone had passed out in a pickup truck.

When the police got there, they found three dead people in the truck. All of them had been shot. The third man was a business partner, police said. Hodges also said that the people involved “seem to be doing some business with money.” No one is in danger, and the police are looking into it.
