A punch-hole cutout in the centre of the 6.78-inch Samsung E5 AMOLED display on the iQOO Neo 7 is present. It features 1,500 nits of maximum brightness, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, an FHD+ resolution, and HDR10+ support. Additionally, a fingerprint scanner is built inside the screen.

The iQOO Neo 7 has a variety of connectivity options, including WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, 5G, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and WiFi.
Color options for the iQOO Neo 7 include Pop Orange, Impression Blue, and Geometric Black. For the base 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants, the smartphone costs RMB 2,699 and RMB 2,999, respectively. The price of the 12GB + 512GB models is RMB 3,299.
