Randy Joseph Boyer, 57, Dwayne Alan Bramble, 37, and Jermaine Lavar Branch, also from the hospital, used too much force on Otieno, which led to his death. Irvo Otieno lived in Dinwiddie, Virginia, and had been taken to the hospital because he had a serious medical problem.
