Lenovo announced today that the Legion Y70 would be revealed on August 18. The business has been gradually exposing the device’s essential characteristics ahead of its introduction. The Chinese maker verified the Legion Y70’s camera setups and battery capacity in recent Weibo tweets.
The Lenovo Legion Y70 will include a 50-megapixel primary camera with a 1/1.5-inch sensor size. It will offer OIS / EIS as well as 30fps 8K video recording. The main camera will be accompanied by a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera that also functions as a macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The Lenovo Legion Y70 will be powered by a 5,100mAh battery and will weigh around 209 grammes. The gadget is rated for 8.5 hours of gameplay, 18 hours of movie viewing, and 35 hours of music listening. The large battery will allow 68W rapid charging. It can charge the battery to 80 percent capacity in 34 minutes, according to the manufacturer.
Previous rumours said that the Legion Y70 will have a 6.58-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It is projected to handle a refresh rate of 144Hz. The punch-hole display is thought to hold a 13-megapixel selfie camera.

The Legion Y70 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It is planned to have up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will be powered by the ZUI 13-based Android 12 operating system. There is no information about the device’s pricing. It will be available in three colours: Ice Soul White, Titanium Crystal Grey, and Flame Red. It is unknown whether the business intends to release it in areas other than China.
