Oppo Reno 8 5G (Review)
It only discloses open beta and stable rollout dates. As a result, the ColorOS 13 alpha programme for the aforementioned phones is unexpected.
According to the official announcement posts on Oppo Community, these devices’ alpha registrations took place in India from September 7 to September 10. Each smartphone was only given 100 seats by the company.
We don’t know if the company will hire more alpha testers. The handsets, however, are set to receive open beta builds in October. As a result, interested users can participate in that initiative starting next month.
In terms of stable release, we believe it will happen in November at the very latest. Because it has a track record of releasing the stable update a month after the open beta.
Aside from India, the ColorOS 13 alpha programme for the Oppo Reno 8 5G is also available in China. Surprisingly, the company has yet to announce plans for other markets. Perhaps these regions will have immediate access to open beta, followed by stable.
