Tara Lynn, a TikTok influencer and OnlyF star, has been criticized for saying “nobody wants to work anymore” about people who were “in bed” during the day.
Lynn posted the video to her @taraswrld TikTok account on September 1. She has 4.8 million people who follow her there. She criticized what she saw on BeReal, a photo-sharing app that lets users share unfiltered shots from the front and back cameras at the same time in a two-minute window, and unedited photos every day. She did this by talking directly into the camera from her car.
“This BeReal can start at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., or whenever. Every time a BeReal comes out, there’s a surprising number of people in bed with the blinds drawn,” Lin said. En said. “Why are you sleeping? Nobody seems to want to work, so get your fucking asses up and work!”
Lynn wrote in the caption, “I’m not a hater, but this is too funny for me.” He called himself “the most productive person ever.” The video, which has been watched more than 4.3 million times, made a lot of noise. A series of reactions, in which the creators were criticized for their comments.
Several commenters said they had long-term physical and mental health problems that kept them from working or forced them to stay in bed all day.
Dozens of people also replied by posting “Stitch” videos of themselves asking Lynn to let her do it.
“Just because a lot of people on BeReal are in bed doesn’t mean they don’t have a job. “It’s because we work hard and are tired,” said @eveline, a TikTok user.
Emily Ward, a Colorado artist, says, “Girls, let me tell you why we don’t get up and why, even though we work 40+ hours a week, we stay in bed for a damn day for nothing.”
